End-User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BRIBOOKS

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and BriBooks, a brand owned by YouBooks Edtech Pte Ltd, registered at 808 French Road, #05-151, Kitchener Complex, Singapore (200808). Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the BriBooks platform.

1. Definitions

    - Platform: Refers to the online book platform owned by BriBooks which enables K12 students to write, publish, and sell books.

    - Content: Refers to the books, writings, images, illustrations, or any other materials created, uploaded, or shared by the user on the platform.

2. Licensing

    - By using the platform, you agree to the terms laid out in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

    - This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform, subject to the terms herein.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    - All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by BriBooks.

    - You retain ownership of the content you create and upload on the platform. However, by uploading content, you grant BriBooks the right to distribute, publish, or unpublish said content.

4. Content Liability

    - You, as the author and uploader, are solely responsible for your content. You warrant that your content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

    - BriBooks is not liable for any content uploaded to the platform by its users.

5. User Accounts

    - BriBooks retains the right to publish, unpublish, or remove user accounts at its own discretion without prior notice. Reasons for such actions might include, but are not limited to, violation of this EULA, suspected fraudulent activities, or any other activities that harm the platform or its users.

6. Termination

    - BriBooks may discontinue any of the offered services at any time without prior notice.

    - Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy all copies of any software or documentation related to the platform.

7. Governing Law

    - This EULA is governed by the laws of Singapore.

8. Disputes

    - Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA or the use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with Singaporean laws and will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.

9. Modifications

    - BriBooks reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Entire Agreement

    - This EULA contains the entire agreement between BriBooks and you regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

By accessing or using the BriBooks platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
